Pemamek Oy has secured a strategic order from Windar Renovables, a top manufacturer of onshore and offshore wind towers, along with offshore foundations. The deal includes the delivery of three PEMA WS2 welding automation stations, accompanied by a comprehensive spare part and service package. This technology aims to enhance Windar’s capabilities in producing offshore wind towers.
With the growing demand for offshore wind energy, Windar has sought to advance its production process. After a thorough evaluation, the company chose Pemamek as the ideal partner for this technological leap. The new automation solutions are expected to improve production efficiency while maintaining high quality standards.

Comprehensive Turn-Key Solution
The order is scheduled for delivery in early 2026 and will be the first collaboration between the two companies. Beyond supplying equipment, the partnership includes the joint development of a long-term technical roadmap for welding processes, ensuring continued innovation in the field.
