The third edition of the Changsha International Construction Equipment Exhibition (CICEE) is scheduled to take place in Beijing from May 15 to 18, 2025. The event will be hosted at the Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Centre, covering a vast area of 300,000 square meters. This includes 12 indoor pavilions, four of which will be tented, along with seven outdoor exhibition areas.
CICEE is expected to be one of the largest international events of its kind, featuring over 1,800 exhibitors, including 35 of the world’s top 50 construction machinery brands. The exhibition is set to attract more than 300,000 visitors, including over 90,000 professionals, and is anticipated to generate over 60 billion yuan in business transactions.
The exhibition will focus on increasing productivity and promoting industrial advancements. Exhibitors will showcase 1,500 new high-end products and technologies, reflecting the latest trends in the industry. The event will emphasize three key themes: high-end, intelligent, and green technologies, offering visitors a glimpse of the industry’s future direction.
The 2025 edition will also highlight innovations in digital technology, intelligent solutions, new energy, 5G, unmanned driving, smart construction, electrification, and hydrogen energy applications. Additionally, the exhibition will feature the new National IV standards for the construction industry.
A significant shift in focus is the rise in electrification and new energy participation. The proportion of exhibitors in this area has increased from 60% in 2023 to over 75% in 2025. For the first time, CICEE will include a “new technology and product release area” and plans to host 30 press conferences. A select group of exhibitors will debut new products, technologies, and standards, showcasing their latest innovations.
