Craftsman Automation Limited has officially launched commercial production at its new manufacturing plant in Kothavadi, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The company confirmed this update through a notification to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE).
The new facility began operations on April 19, 2025, following an earlier announcement on October 30, 2023, where the company revealed plans to set up the plant. This step is in line with Regulation 30 of SEBI’s (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The addition of the Kothavadi plant is expected to enhance the company’s manufacturing capacity and support its growth objectives.
