Power Equipment, a prominent distributor specializing in power solutions for industrial and marine sectors, has announced a significant exclusive distribution agreement with Australian generator manufacturer Eniquest.
Under this new partnership, Power Equipment will distribute Eniquest’s range of generators, including the Husky, Ranger, and Stockman models, across Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific regions through its extensive dealer network. This strategic move enhances the market presence of both companies, solidifying their status as leading providers of premium power solutions.
The collaboration builds on the existing strong relationship between the two companies, which has seen Power Equipment supply Yanmar and John Deere diesel engines to Eniquest. Eniquest has also recently secured a critical contract with the Australian Defence Force to provide generators powered by Yanmar engines supplied by Power Equipment.
The integration of Eniquest’s Husky, Ranger, and Stockman generators into Power Equipment’s portfolio is set to address a broad spectrum of customer needs across industries such as construction, mining, agriculture, and emergency services.
Power Equipment CEO, Luke Foster, highlighted the significance of this agreement, stating, “Eniquest’s generators are celebrated for their reliability, durability, and superior engineering. They represent the pinnacle of Australian manufacturing, making them a valuable addition to our product lineup.”
Foster further emphasized the natural synergy between the two companies, noting, “Our long-standing collaboration in supplying diesel engines for Eniquest generators has made this distribution partnership a seamless fit.”
Don Pulver, Managing Director and Development Engineer at Eniquest, underscored the company’s commitment to excellence. “Our focus is on delivering premium products built for the long term. This partnership with Power Equipment allows us to concentrate on what we do best—designing and manufacturing superior generators,” Pulver said.
The Eniquest generator range is noted for its fuel efficiency, durability, high-quality construction materials, and advanced control systems. These attributes contributed to their recent success in securing a military contract.
The Husky model, ideal for agricultural applications, is available in 3kVA and 5kVA single-phase capacities, with optional three-phase power output. The larger Ranger and Stockman models offer power outputs ranging from 3.7kVA to an impressive 44kVA across 14 variants in both single and three-phase configurations.
Eniquest has also recently expanded its manufacturing facility in Queensland to ensure that production can meet increasing demand effectively.
