Rainfall: Thunderstorms have produced between 1 and 3 inches of rain across the region, with up to an additional inch possible.

Current Status: Flash flooding is either ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

Hazard: Flash flooding due to thunderstorms.

Impact: Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, underpasses, and other low-lying areas with poor drainage.

This warning also includes Interstate 70 in Illinois between exits 61 and 63.
