The Crisis and Support Center (CDCS) of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs has donated 28 generators to a school in Chernihiv. This donation was announced by Gael Weissier, the Ambassador of the French Republic to Ukraine, following a visit to the city.
“We made another visit to Chernihiv, a priority region, where we collaborated with the head of the regional state administration and Expertise France,” Ambassador Weissier stated. “During this visit, we signed agreements with three hospitals, inspected the repair of the theater roof damaged on 19/08/23, and provided aid from the Centre de Crise et de Soutien in the form of 28 generators for a local school,” the ambassador shared on social network X.
This initiative is part of France’s ongoing efforts to support Ukraine in the wake of ongoing challenges and to strengthen the resilience of vital local infrastructure.
