Alleima, a leading materials technology company, has announced a significant order for steam generator tubing (SGT) in the nuclear energy sector. The order, valued at approximately SEK 530 million, underscores the growing demand for its advanced products. To address this demand, Alleima recently revealed plans to reopen one of its SGT production facilities in Sandviken, Sweden, to boost manufacturing capacity.

The contract was awarded by a top global supplier of nuclear equipment for a project at a nuclear power plant in North America. The order is set to be completed in the first quarter of 2025 and will be recorded under the company’s Piping Division. Deliveries are scheduled to take place in 2027 and 2028.
