Analytical Components International (ACI), a leading manufacturer of precision components for analytical instrumentation and a pioneer in the hard materials industry, has announced the appointment of Michael Mainvielle as its new President and General Manager. ACI specializes in producing synthetic sapphire and precision ceramic components for the industrial, medical, and life science sectors.
Mainvielle brings over 20 years of experience in managing global businesses within the manufacturing and technology industries. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Commercial Excellence and Vice President of Product Management and Marketing for the Precision Motion Division at Novanta Corporation. Before that, he held the position of Business Line Director at IDEX Health and Science. His career also includes commercial and engineering roles at Texas Instruments and Photocircuits Corporation.
Jon Bohlin, ACI’s Managing Member and Senior Director of Manufacturing, expressed confidence in Mainvielle’s leadership. “Mike is a proven leader with a strong track record of driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction,” Bohlin said. “He is deeply committed to delivering successful outcomes for customers, team members, and the business as a whole. ACI has seen significant momentum in recent months, particularly following its partnership with David Schnur Associates, a firm specializing in sales and marketing services for the medical device and life science industries. Additionally, the company recently launched its Fluidic Fittings and Tubing product line, further expanding its offerings.
