Tata AutoComp Systems Limited displayed its India-made automotive solutions at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The event, inaugurated by Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal, featured the company’s latest innovations, including electric vehicle (EV) battery packs, chargers, and powertrain systems. The showcase highlighted Tata AutoComp’s efforts to boost domestic manufacturing.
The company presented products from its 18 business units, which include nine joint ventures with international manufacturers. A key focus was on its success in producing critical EV components locally, such as battery packs and management systems.
Arvind Goel, Vice Chairman of Tata AutoComp, emphasized the company’s contribution to India’s shift toward sustainable mobility. He noted that the automotive industry is evolving rapidly, driven by trends like electrification, hybridization, and the integration of advanced software in vehicles.
In addition to automotive parts, Tata AutoComp has expanded its expertise to the railway sector. The company played a role in the development of the Vande Bharat trains, marking a significant step in its diversification efforts.
This year holds special significance for Tata AutoComp as it completes 30 years of operations. Over the decades, the company has served various industries, including passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and off-road machinery. Its latest achievements reflect its ongoing commitment to innovation and supporting India’s growing mobility needs.
