At ACREX India 2025, held at the BIEC in Bengaluru, Tecumseh Products Company LLC, a global leader in commercial refrigeration technology, introduced its AL Series compressors. These new models are touted as the most energy-efficient fixed-speed compressors the company has ever produced. In addition to the AL Series, Tecumseh also displayed its range of hermetic compressors, condensing units, and refrigeration systems—all manufactured at its facility in Ballabgarh, Haryana.
Designed with the Indian market in mind, the AL Series promises energy efficiency that exceeds comparable variable-speed models by up to 25%. The compressors also feature ultra-low noise levels, a compact design, and exceptional reliability. These characteristics make the AL Series an ideal choice for light commercial applications such as reach-in coolers, ice machines, and display cases.
Tecumseh’s President and CEO, Ricardo Maciel, highlighted that the AL Series represents the company’s ongoing commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability. He noted that the new compressors offer businesses a high-performance, cost-effective, and reliable cooling solution.
