ASK Automotive Ltd has entered into a partnership with Japan’s Kyushu Yanagawa Seiki (KYSK) through a Technical Assistance and License Agreement to produce high-pressure die-cast alloy wheels for two-wheelers. This collaboration will leverage KYSK’s advanced technical expertise, allowing ASK Automotive to manufacture alloy wheels for a designated Japanese client.
Under the terms of the agreement, ASK Automotive will pay an initial one-time royalty fee, along with ongoing royalty payments to KYSK. The deal is designed to help ASK Automotive meet industry standards while delivering high-quality products to its customers. The agreement will remain in effect indefinitely unless terminated under specific conditions.
Kuldip Singh Rathee, Chairman and Managing Director of ASK Automotive, stated that this partnership will provide essential technical support, ensuring that ASK Automotive can meet the required standards and deliver top-tier products for its customers.
The two companies are independent entities, with India designated as the “Domestic Territory” for this agreement. The announcement was made in compliance with SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements.
