Bosch Limited, a global leader in technology and services, has launched a new range of hand tools for professionals and artisans, along with advanced industrial tools aimed at improving assembly line operations. These new tools are designed to enhance efficiency, precision, and user experience in both industrial and professional settings.
Nishant Sinha, Regional President of Bosch India’s Power Tools Division, stated, “At Bosch, our goal is to provide professionals and artisans with tools that offer superior performance, durability, and safety. Our expanded hand tool range is specifically designed for high-voltage environments and heavy-duty tasks, ensuring long-lasting use. In addition, we are introducing industrial tools that simplify assembly line operations, particularly in industries like automotive manufacturing and heavy engineering, with innovative features that boost productivity.”
Bosch’s new hand tools portfolio is aimed at artisans, craftsmen, and professionals. The initial offering includes over 100 products such as pliers, screwdrivers, ratchet sets, wrenches, hammers, saws, knives, and spirit levels, with more products expected to be added in the future. Among these, Bosch is also introducing a VDE-certified range of tools that are safe for use up to 1,000V. This includes high-performance pliers for gripping, cutting, and bending wires, ergonomic screwdrivers for precise electrical work, and durable hammers that reduce fatigue and improve task accuracy.
The collection is particularly beneficial for professionals in power distribution, industrial maintenance, and high-voltage installations. Bosch is also launching its Industrial Tools, or I-Series Tools, designed to optimize assembly line processes.
These advanced tools feature torque presetting capabilities, ensuring precise and consistent fastening, which reduces human error and enhances product quality. In addition, the tools incorporate NFC-based HMI locks, preventing unauthorized changes to settings and ensuring secure operations.
By eliminating the traditional two-step tightening process, these tools help reduce downtime and offer up to five times longer tool life, making them ideal for industries such as automotive, electronics assembly, and heavy engineering. Bosch’s focus on safety and reliability is reflected in the integration of cutting-edge technologies, which allow professionals to work more efficiently while maintaining high safety standards.
