The Metal Forming Expo is set to return for its third edition, growing significantly in size and influence. Scheduled for April 11-13, 2025, at the Pune International Exhibition & Convention Centre (PIECC) in Moshi, Pune, Maharashtra, the event promises to be a major gathering for professionals from various industries, including engineering, manufacturing, OEMs, metal fabrication, welding, and advanced manufacturing.
This year, the expo will occupy an impressive 10,000 square meters of exhibition space. The event has been moved to a new, much larger venue—five times the size of the previous location—allowing for expanded displays and more opportunities for networking. The expo will run alongside the India Welding Technology Show, creating a combined event that is expected to attract over 12,000 attendees from across South Asia. Participants from industrial hubs in Pune and Maharashtra, such as Chakan, Talegaon, Ranjangaon, and Bhosari, will also be in attendance, making this a key event for regional industries.
Strong support from several leading industrial associations has helped shape this year’s expo. The Rajkot Engineering Association (REA), Ahmedabad Engineering Manufacturers Association (AEMA), Hadapsar Industries Association (HIA), Federation of Chakan Industries (FCI), and Deccan Chamber of Commerce Industries & Agriculture (DCCIA) are among the groups backing the event.
Exhibitors from across the world are eager to present their latest innovations. Pankti Aggarwal from Laser Technologies shared, “We are thrilled to showcase our products at the Metal Forming Expo. We’ve participated in every edition, and the response has been fantastic!”

The event will feature more than 175 exhibitors, including over 60 first-time participants. Attendees can expect to see over 1,500 machines and solutions, covering areas such as sheet metal processing, metal forming, welding, laser cutting, plasma cutting, stamping, forging, and automation technologies. New exhibitors such as Adhvika Forge Tech, Conation Technologies, Divine Laser, and Dynotech Instruments will debut at this year’s expo.
