PrecisionX Group, a leading provider of precision metal components for critical applications, is expanding its manufacturing capabilities at two of its US facilities. The move is aimed at meeting the growing demand for high-precision aerospace components.
The expansion, taking place at the company’s sites in Clifton, New Jersey, and Waterbury, Connecticut, includes new equipment and increased production capacity. This upgrade will enhance the company’s ability to produce complex geometries, tight tolerances, and high-performance materials for industrial sectors such as aerospace, defense, and medical applications.
With over 300,000 square feet of manufacturing space across multiple US locations, PrecisionX specializes in forming and machining hard alloys and exotic metals for industries like aerospace, defense, satellite, and medical.
Chris Huntington, CEO of PrecisionX, explained, “As the demand for high-precision, mission-critical components grows, PrecisionX is expanding its capabilities to better serve aerospace OEMs, Tier One suppliers, and other key industries. By increasing capacity in Clifton, NJ, and Waterbury, CT, we are enhancing our ability to deliver reliable, high-quality components that meet the most demanding industry standards.”
The expansion comes at a time when manufacturers face rising costs and supply chain disruptions due to potential tariff increases on imported components. By expanding its US production, PrecisionX offers a strategic advantage for companies seeking to move their supply chains back to the US. This move ensures cost stability, regulatory compliance, and reliable domestic manufacturing for critical metal components.
This growth strengthens PrecisionX Group’s position as a leader in advanced manufacturing, ensuring the production of high-performance components for highly regulated industries. The company’s ongoing investment in state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies highlights its commitment to providing precision, reliability, and quality to its expanding customer base.
