M1 Basic: Versatile Surface Finishing
The M1 Basic system will also be showcased. This versatile surface finishing solution is engineered for small- to medium-sized AM production runs. It delivers consistent smoothing, deburring, and surface homogenization, improving the quality of parts across various AM applications.
S1 System: Cleaning and Surface Finishing
The S1 system combines cleaning and surface finishing in one compact unit. This two-in-one solution is particularly useful for powder bed fusion (PBF) parts, reducing processing time by over 60% and improving efficiency in high-volume AM applications.
Collaboration with EOS
AM Solutions will also highlight its strategic collaboration with EOS, which has led to the development of two groundbreaking post-processing systems: the D1 and F1. Designed for the EOS P3 series, including the new EOS P3 NEXT polymer printer, these systems offer a fully automated workflow for unpacking, sieving, and powder mixing. This ensures optimal material reuse and cost efficiency while minimizing manual intervention and powder contamination.
Innovative PowderEase T1 System
Another highlight will be the PowderEase T1, developed jointly with Stratasys. This innovative three-in-one post-processing system for the Stratasys H350 SAF 3D printer combines unpacking, powder recovery, and powder dosing in a single unit. It simplifies workflows, reduces operating costs, and boosts productivity. The PowderEase T1 can serve up to six H350 3D printers, saving up to 50 minutes per print job compared to manual processes.
HP Collaboration: 3D Automatic Unpacking Station
At RAPID + TCT 2025, AM Solutions will also provide insights into the 3D Automatic Unpacking Station, developed in partnership with HP. This scalable solution automates the unpacking of AM components from the HP Jet Fusion 5 series in a continuous workflow. It increases productivity, improves cost efficiency, and achieves a higher powder reclaim rate, depending on component geometry.
