Norco Composites & GRP has appointed Donald Doull as its new Chief Engineer at the Winfrith site. Doull joins the company after a 34-year career in the Royal Navy, where he held several senior engineering roles, including serving as the Naval Base Commander at HMNB Clyde. He was also involved in major defence projects during his time with the Navy.
With a wealth of experience in engineering and project management, Doull’s expertise is expected to play a key role in expanding Norco’s operations at Winfrith. His leadership will help strengthen the company’s involvement in both current and future defence programmes, ensuring high-quality solutions for its clients.

Doull officially joined Norco on March 17 and is based at the company’s Winfrith facility. His appointment marks a significant step in strengthening Norco’s presence in the UK’s defence sector.
