One of the key features of the Super Green SaiSei® series is its sustainability. At least 50% of the glass used is recycled, far exceeding the industry average of 20%. The product’s manufacturing process not only cuts carbon emissions by 95% per unit weight but also reduces energy consumption by 20%. By using repurposed construction waste, SaiSei® minimizes the need for new materials, promoting a more environmentally friendly production cycle.
The Super Green SaiSei® series offers a major advantage for customers. It maintains the same material properties and processing requirements as conventional display glass, meaning there are no adjustments needed for existing manufacturing systems. The product meets international environmental standards, including RoHS and WEEE, underscoring its commitment to sustainability. Additionally, it is certified under ISO 14021:2016 for recycled content. These credentials are helping to drive the product’s popularity among major customers focused on eco-friendly solutions.
