Deutz AG has announced its acquisition of Biuro Techniczno-Handlowe FAST Sp.z.o.o. (BTH FAST), a prominent Polish service and sales company established in 1990 in Warsaw. The company is a key player in the mining, industrial, railway, and agricultural machinery sectors, and also provides Deutz engines for military applications supporting Ukraine.

By acquiring 100% of BTH FAST from its founder, Stefan Fabijanski, Deutz AG will now operate its central service and sales operations directly in Poland. BTH FAST will continue to work with its network of seven service partners across the country.

Dr.-Ing. Markus Müller, Deutz’s Chief Sales Officer and Chief Technology Officer, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating, “We have long collaborated with BTH FAST as our central dealer in Poland and are pleased that this acquisition provides an optimal succession solution for the company.”

Following the acquisition, BTH FAST’s existing management team will remain in place, with Fabijanski staying on as an advisor.

The acquisition is subject to standard conditions, including antitrust approval, with the transaction expected to finalize shortly.
