Grayson Thermal Systems Welcomes New Engineering Director

Grayson Thermal Systems, a UK-based leader in thermal management solutions, has announced the appointment of Brendon Waldron as its new engineering director. Waldron, who brings two decades of engineering and leadership expertise to the position, previously held a senior role at Rolls-Royce Electrical, where he served as the chief of Turbine Component Design in the Civil Aerospace division.

Waldron’s appointment comes on the heels of a successful investment round aimed at enhancing Grayson’s support for the mining and construction equipment sectors. Expressing enthusiasm for his new role, Waldron stated, “I’m thrilled to join Grayson Thermal Systems at a time when electrification and innovation are critical to shaping the future of thermal management.”

In his new capacity, Waldron will focus on strengthening Grayson’s engineering capabilities, emphasizing standardization, innovation, process optimization, and talent development.
