Modine, a Wisconsin-based leader in thermal management technology and solutions, has announced the appointment of Dan Hedstrom as its new Chief Information Officer, effective immediately. Hedstrom succeeds Steve Langer, who has served as Vice President of Information Technology and plans to retire at the end of the year.
In his new role, Hedstrom will oversee Modine’s global IT operations and implement the company’s digital strategy. His focus will be on developing IT solutions that align with business goals, enhancing performance, boosting productivity, and strengthening cybersecurity in line with the organization’s overall strategy.
Hedstrom joins Modine after a successful 12-year tenure at Cubic Corporation, where he advanced through various roles, culminating in his appointment as Vice President and Chief Information Officer in 2018. His background includes leading enterprise infrastructure teams and expertise in scaling IT systems to support organizational growth.
“Dan’s extensive experience and proven leadership in technology will be invaluable as we pursue our global business objectives,” said Mick Lucareli, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. “We also extend our gratitude to Steve Langer for his seven years of dedicated service and wish him the best in his retirement.”
