Power Equipment has entered an exclusive agreement with Australian generator manufacturer Eniquest to distribute durable diesel generators across various industries.
The partnership will make Eniquest’s range of generators, including the Husky, Ranger, and Stockman models, available through Power Equipment and its dealer network in Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific.
The two companies have a strong working relationship, with Power Equipment previously supplying Yanmar and John Deere diesel engines to Eniquest. Recently, Eniquest secured a significant contract with the Australian Defence Force to provide generators powered by Yanmar engines from Power Equipment.
With the addition of Eniquest’s generators, Power Equipment will expand its offerings to meet the needs of industries such as construction, mining, agriculture, and emergency services.
Power Equipment CEO Luke Foster called the agreement a major milestone for both companies. “Eniquest’s generators are known for their reliability, durability, and quality engineering,” he said. “They are a premium Australian-made product, making them a perfect addition to our portfolio.”
Foster added, “Our long-standing partnership with Eniquest, supplying Yanmar and John Deere engines, made this distribution agreement a natural next step.”
Eniquest Managing Director Don Pulver emphasized the company’s focus on quality and long-term product development. “We’re not just about quality – we’re here for the long haul. This partnership lets us focus on what we do best: designing and building better generators.”
The Eniquest range of generators is known for its fuel efficiency, durability, and advanced design. The Ranger and Stockman models are particularly efficient, using Yanmar diesel engines and permanent magnet alternators that deliver 93 to 95 percent efficiency. Pulver explained that these models are built with controllers that use no relays, and the alternators contain no electronics, minimizing potential failure points and enhancing reliability.
Eniquest’s product lineup includes several models with unique features. The Husky model, designed for agricultural use, is available in 3kVA and 5kVA single-phase capacities, with an optional 3-phase power output. The larger Ranger and Stockman models cover a wide range of applications, offering capacities from 3.7kVA to 44kVA across 14 variants in both single and three-phase options.
In response to growing demand, Eniquest recently expanded its manufacturing facility in Queensland, ensuring a steady supply of generators despite recent industry-wide supply chain challenges.
