The City of Kimball has announced the closure of Burg Street between 1st Street and the alley next to the City Electric Shop. This closure is to accommodate construction equipment for the new power generation plant.
The closure started late on Thursday, November 21, and will remain in effect until further notice.
City officials have assured the public that updates will be provided as the project progresses. They also apologized for any inconvenience caused and thanked residents for their patience.
Additionally, limited access to Nadine Street, between 2nd and 1st Streets, was expected on Monday, November 25, and Tuesday, November 26, due to the installation of a new duplex building.
