Machine tool sales and service provider NCMT has announced a new Extended Service Warranty for CNC machines sold in the UK and Ireland. The warranty covers Japanese-built Makino and Okuma machines, offering customers enhanced protection and peace of mind for up to five years.
The warranty ensures that machines operate at peak efficiency with minimal downtime. It includes the replacement of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, all restored to the machine’s original specifications. Additionally, NCMT will cover travel and labor costs for repairs. The maximum claimable amount is capped at the machine’s invoice price, excluding VAT.
Ian Horton, Sales Director at NCMT, emphasized the company’s commitment to innovation and customer service. “Makino and Okuma machines are known for their outstanding quality and reliability,” he said. “However, even the best machines can encounter unexpected issues. Our Extended Service Warranty gives customers confidence that their investment is secure and their production processes will run smoothly.”
Customers with existing NCMT service contracts can also upgrade to this comprehensive warranty. The move underscores NCMT’s focus on delivering value and reliability to its clients in the manufacturing sector.
