The coater, equipped with advanced automation and cutting-edge curtain coating technology, is specifically designed for producing high-quality coated special paper grades. The delivery will include a comprehensive package featuring an off-machine coater with Valmet’s latest curtain coating technology, coating drying systems, a coater supply system, and a broke system. Additionally, Valmet will provide automation solutions, Industrial Internet services, and spare parts packages to support the customer’s operations.
To ensure the optimal technology selection for the customer’s needs, Valmet conducted pilot tests at its Paper Technology Center in Järvenpää, Finland. These tests played a key role in finalizing the order.
