This advanced AI platform, an upgrade from its July 2024 debut, now features Smart Audio and Video Bots. These innovations aim to provide tailored, real-time assistance to construction professionals, addressing the industry’s growing need for intuitive, role-specific solutions.
The Smart Audio Bot offers voice-activated support, enabling users to quickly access troubleshooting guides, maintenance protocols, and compliance details. This feature helps reduce downtime on construction sites by providing instant answers to common challenges. Meanwhile, the Smart Video Bot uses avatar-led demonstrations to visually guide users through complex tasks such as equipment calibration, workflow optimization, and technical training. This multimedia approach not only enhances understanding but also reduces the need for external expertise.
To cater to India’s diverse workforce, both bots support interactions in English and Hindi, ensuring accessibility for a wide range of users, from on-site operators to senior decision-makers. The platform builds on the capabilities of Concrete GPT, which integrates OpenAI’s GPT-4 and Perplexity Models, and now includes the latest industry insights and regulatory updates. Beyond technical assistance, the platform serves as a training tool, helping professionals, students, and suppliers improve workflows, adopt sustainable practices, and make informed decisions.
