Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a top defense public sector enterprise in India, is set to unveil its latest defense technologies at Aero India 2025. The event, which will be held from February 10 to 14 at Yelahanka Air Force Station in Bengaluru, will feature a range of innovative products designed to enhance India’s defense capabilities.
At the exhibition, BEL will highlight several advanced communication systems, including updated versions of Software Defined Radios, Radio on the Move, and High Capacity Radio Relay. These products aim to provide more reliable and secure communication for defense operations.
In the field of electro-optics, BEL will showcase cutting-edge technologies such as the Uncooled Thermal Imager Sight for assault rifles, Passive Night Vision Goggles, and the Border Observation Surveillance System. These tools are designed to improve situational awareness and enhance defense personnel’s ability to operate in challenging environments.
BEL will also present various airborne electronic warfare and avionics systems, including the Stall Protection System for helicopters, the Digital Flight Control Computer, and the Tactical Data Link for naval platforms. Additionally, the company will exhibit shipborne systems such as the Passive Hydrophone Element, HUMSA-NG Transducer Element, and the Ship-based SIGINT EW System, which are critical for naval defense.
Among the weapon systems on display will be the Pralay Missile, Long Range Land Attack Cruise Missile, and the Quick Reaction Surface to Air Missile (QRSAM). For land-based defense, BEL will feature the Portable Anti-Drone System and Ground-Based ELINT System. Other advanced defense systems like the Corner Shot Weapon System, Electronic Artillery Fuzes, and Long Range Glide Bomb will also be showcased.
In radar technology, BEL will unveil several advanced radar systems, including the Air Defence Fire Control Radar, Arudhra Radar, Ashwini Radar, and Multi-Function Radar. These systems are essential for monitoring and tracking threats in various defense scenarios.
BEL will also demonstrate next-generation technologies such as 5G Solutions for Defense, Quantum Cryptography, Unmanned Warfare Technology, and Space Situational Awareness. In addition, the company will showcase technological upgrades like the Ku Band Exciter, Direct RF Signal Processing, and the Digital Light Engine.
A significant focus at the event will be on Artificial Intelligence (AI) innovations. BEL will present AI-powered solutions such as Generative AI Virtual Assistants, AI-driven Language Translation Systems, and AI-based Speech Analysis and Voice Translation Systems, which are expected to enhance operational efficiency and communication.
BEL will also feature advanced systems developed through collaborations with local MSMEs and global Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), further emphasizing its commitment to fostering innovation and strengthening India’s defense sector.
