Thales is set to showcase its advanced defence and aerospace technologies at Aero India 2025, India’s leading air show. The company’s participation highlights its commitment to the ‘Make in India for India and the world’ initiative, in line with the Aatmanirbhar Bharat vision. Thales will present a wide range of solutions across air, land, naval defence, space, cyber, and digital sectors, all aimed at enhancing the operational capabilities of the Indian armed forces.
Key systems for fighter aircraft will be featured, including the RBE2 AESA radar, Spectra electronic warfare suite, optronics, and key cockpit display systems. These innovations are designed to support India’s defence goals and strengthen its strategic capabilities.
In a first for India, Thales will introduce its avionics innovations such as the FlytX suite for helicopters, along with advanced navigation systems including TopAxyz, TopShield, and TopStar M. Connectivity solutions like SYNAPS-A and Modem 21 Air Compact will also be showcased. Thales will also present its drone countermeasures and UTM system, alongside laser-guided rockets for precision-guided munitions.
The company, a leader in artificial intelligence (AI), will also highlight its AI-driven systems that improve data analysis and decision-making for armed forces, all while adhering to the highest cybersecurity standards. AI technologies are integrated into Thales’ systems, such as Talios and the AirMaster C radar.
Thales is actively expanding its presence in India, with plans to hire engineers for its Bengaluru and Noida centres. HR representatives will be available at the event’s public days, February 13-14, 2025, to connect with potential candidates.
