Zavenir Daubert Opens India’s First Integrated Specialty Chemicals Facility in Binola, Haryana

Zavenir Daubert, a leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals, has unveiled India’s first fully integrated specialty chemicals facility in Binola, Haryana. This new facility is a key step in the company’s expansion, as it aims to reach a revenue of ₹1,000 crores within five years.

The ₹100 crore (approximately $10 million USD) investment demonstrates Zavenir Daubert’s commitment to innovation and sustainable growth in India. Around 10% of the investment will be used to integrate Industry 4.0 technologies for improved automation and advanced operations. The plant, which has a monthly production capacity of 1,200 kilolitres of chemicals, will primarily serve the automotive, steel, and construction sectors, with automotive accounting for 70-75% of the company’s current market.

Spanning nearly two acres, the facility employs over 100 people and offers full-scale production capabilities. It is certified with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, reflecting the company’s commitment to high-quality standards and environmental management.

Zavenir Daubert currently generates ₹150 crores in annual revenue. With the new facility, the company is aiming for seven-fold growth and plans to reach ₹1,000 crores in revenue by 2029.

Looking ahead, Zavenir Daubert plans further expansion. A new facility in West India is set to double production capacity and investment over the next 3-4 years, solidifying the company’s leadership in the specialty chemicals market.

Sustainability is a key focus at the Binola plant. The facility uses 100% solar power, ensures zero effluent discharge, and incorporates water conservation measures, aligning with Zavenir Daubert’s environmental sustainability goals.

The plant also features advanced automation, including Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS), improving production efficiency and ensuring high-quality products.
