A major achievement for REPLUS is the development of India’s first AIS-038 Certified Liquid-Cooled Battery Pack (32KWh) for Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs). This modular battery pack is versatile and can be used in various vehicle segments, including LCVs, 13.5-meter coaches, and 55-ton trucks. Produced at REPLUS’ 1GWh facility in Pune, the battery pack has already undergone over 50,000 kilometers of on-road testing, proving its reliability and efficiency.

Additionally, it produces over 4,000 MT of Graphene and its derivatives for various industrial applications. These materials are critical for lithium-ion batteries used in electric vehicles (EVs) and energy storage systems.

TACC is also developing next-generation solutions, including Silicon Anodes, Hard Carbon for Sodium-Ion Batteries, and Processed Graphite Powder for Bipolar Plates. Beyond energy storage, TACC’s graphene derivatives improve the durability and performance of concrete, textiles, paints, and rubber, contributing to sustainability across multiple industries.
