The Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ISHRAE) and Informa Markets in India are teaming up to host ACREX India 2025, South Asia’s leading exhibition for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and intelligent building technologies. The event will take place from February 20-22, 2025, at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) in Bengaluru. ACREX India 2025 will spotlight the growth and innovations in India’s rapidly expanding HVAC sector, which is projected to increase from $11.8 billion in 2024 to $29.4 billion by 2030, growing at a rate of 16.3% annually.
HVAC technologies are vital in India’s pursuit of Net Zero emissions by 2070, particularly as air conditioning alone accounts for 50-60% of energy use in commercial buildings. ACREX India 2025 will bring together industry leaders, policymakers, and innovators to showcase energy-efficient solutions and sustainable climate control technologies.
The exhibition will serve as a key platform for HVAC professionals, including contractors, engineers, architects, manufacturers, and distributors. It will offer an extensive showcase of advanced HVAC solutions, fostering collaboration, networking, and the sharing of ideas on the industry’s future.
With over 500 exhibitors and more than 30,000 visitors expected from India and around the world, ACREX India 2025 will attract international participation from over 40 countries, including Germany, Japan, the USA, China, the UK, UAE, and South Korea. Major industry names such as Daikin, Danfoss, Voltas, Bluestar, Carrier, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, ABB, Grundfos, and Thermax will be among the exhibitors.
The theme for ACREX India 2025 is “Unleashing India’s Potential for a Responsible Built Environment.” The event will focus on the growing demand for HVAC systems in commercial buildings, data centers, healthcare facilities, shopping malls, and smart cities. The event is supported by leading industry bodies like ASHRAE, RATA, IGBC, IIAR, REHVA, and ISKID, further solidifying its significance as a hub for industry development.
