Tata Technologies, a global leader in product engineering and digital services, has introduced a new initiative called #Reignite2025. This program is designed to help women engineers restart their careers after a break. It offers structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to help participants smoothly transition back into the workforce.
The company acknowledges the challenges women face when re-entering the job market, particularly in rapidly changing technological fields. To address these challenges, the program is divided into three stages.
The first stage, Explore, allows selected candidates to attend orientation sessions led by women industry experts. These sessions offer valuable insights into the latest trends in digital engineering services, helping candidates understand the evolving job landscape.
In the second stage, Elevate, participants undergo specialized training to boost both their technical skills and soft skills, preparing them for the demands of the industry.
The final stage, Engage, provides real-world experience through paid internships. Participants work under experienced mentors, applying their learning in a practical environment.
At the end of the program, successful participants will have the chance to join Tata Technologies’ global team of over 12,500 professionals, working on international projects with continuous opportunities for learning. Applications are open until February 24, 2025, and shortlisted candidates will attend an orientation session on March 6, 2025.
The initiative is part of Tata Technologies’ ongoing commitment to fostering gender diversity in engineering and its mission to #EngineeringABetterWorld. Participants will receive certifications at each stage, along with access to e-learning platforms for further professional development. Candidates can apply through Tata Technologies’ platform for available roles in digital skills across India.
