The Adani Group has announced a groundbreaking partnership with Singapore’s ITE Education Services (ITEES) to launch India’s largest ‘Skill and Employ’ program. The initiative aims to create a globally competitive workforce for key industries such as Green Energy, Manufacturing, Hi-tech, Project Excellence, and Industrial Design. Backed by a commitment of over INR 2,000 crore from the Adani family, the program will establish the Adani Global Skills Academy, a network of finishing schools designed to provide industry-ready training.
The Adani Global Skills Academy will focus on selecting students with technical and vocational backgrounds, equipping them with internationally recognized skills. Graduates will receive certifications and be offered employment opportunities within the Adani Group or other industries, ensuring they are job-ready from the start.
The first phase of the initiative will see the creation of the world’s largest technical finishing school in Mundra, Gujarat. This facility aims to train more than 25,000 students annually, targeting graduates and diploma holders from ITIs and Polytechnics. Students will undergo an intensive bootcamp focused on real-world applications, preparing them for the demands of modern industries.
The academy will feature state-of-the-art innovation centers and AI-driven simulators, offering a cutting-edge learning environment. Mixed reality-based learning modules will provide immersive, hands-on training experiences. To support this, the academy will offer fully residential facilities for students and faculty, ensuring a seamless and focused academic experience.
To maintain global standards, the Adani Group has partnered with ITEES Singapore, a leading institution in career-oriented technical training and skills certification. This collaboration will bring world-class expertise to the academy, ensuring students receive industry-aligned education. ITEES Singapore will oversee academic quality assurance, develop certification-based learning pathways, and provide expert faculty and a relevant curriculum.
