The Smart Grid Index 2024 evaluated 92 utilities across 36 countries, ranking them based on seven key parameters: Monitoring & Control, Data Analytics, Supply Reliability, Distributed Energy Resource (DER) Integration, Green Energy, Security, and Customer Empowerment & Satisfaction.
Tata Power-DDL earned an impressive score of 83.9%, excelling particularly in areas such as Monitoring & Control, Green Energy, Security, and Customer Satisfaction. It is the only Indian power distribution company to be ranked among the top 10 globally.
