Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd. The collaboration aims to design, manufacture, and sell components for electric vehicle (EV) chargers in India.
As part of the agreement, the two companies will first develop a 30kW Power Module specifically designed for India’s EV charging market. They will also explore the production of a Bidirectional Power Module for Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) applications, which allows energy to flow both to and from the grid. Servotech will handle the local manufacturing of these components in alignment with India’s ‘Make in India’ initiative, while Watt & Well will provide technical expertise. Servotech will have exclusive rights to market and sell the products within India.
