Among them is the YVAA0459XL air-cooled screw chiller, designed and manufactured locally for India’s booming data center industry. This chiller features energy-efficient fans, automatic power-switching systems, and chilled water pumps, ensuring high performance while supporting sustainability. It is already in use across various sectors, including healthcare, aviation, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, and data centers.
The company will also introduce its next-generation YORK YVAM air-cooled magnetic bearing chillers, specifically designed for data centers. These chillers offer greater reliability and a 25% reduction in connected load compared to traditional models, significantly lowering the total cost of ownership for customers. For mid-market commercial and industrial sectors, Johnson Controls will debut the YORK VWF (Variable Water Flow) system, providing efficient air-conditioning and heating solutions tailored to this segment.
Integrated Building Management
Another key highlight will be the Metasys Critical Infrastructure Manager (CIM), a platform designed for mission-critical applications such as data centers, industrial facilities, and transportation hubs. This integrated system provides centralized monitoring and control for HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, fire alarms, and security, ensuring enhanced reliability and operational efficiency.
