At ELECRAMA 2025, Delta Electronics introduced its latest innovations, including the D-Bot series Collaborative Robots (Cobots) and a 240kW DC fast EV charger, aimed at supporting India’s smart manufacturing and sustainable urban development initiatives.
The D-Bot Cobots, designed for India’s growing smart manufacturing sector, feature advanced 6-axis functionality. They can handle payloads of up to 30 kg and operate at speeds of up to 200 degrees per second. Equipped with safety mechanisms that detect contact and reverse motion, these robots minimize accident risks. Their versatility makes them suitable for tasks such as electronics assembly, packaging, materials handling, and welding.
Delta also launched its 240kW DC Fast EV Charger, developed by its India-based R&D team. This charger supports dual-vehicle charging with 95% efficiency and offers OCPP compatibility, along with wired and 4G GSM connectivity options. It is designed to meet the needs of commercial applications and fleet operators, aligning with India’s push for sustainable urban mobility.
In addition to these products, Delta showcased its Industrial Power-protect Transformer-based UPS (IPT series). This system includes a Zig-zag transformer and an advanced PFC converter, with optional IP43 enclosure protection for use in challenging industrial environments.
Jimmy Yiin, Executive Vice President of Global Business Operations at Delta, emphasized India’s strategic importance to the company. He highlighted Delta’s investment in its Krishnagiri manufacturing facility, underscoring its commitment to local production and innovation. “India is a key market for Delta, and we are dedicated to supporting its growth through cutting-edge technology and sustainable solutions,” Yiin stated.
Delta’s exhibition at ELECRAMA 2025 features a wide range of solutions across industrial automation, EV charging, building automation, data centers, and energy infrastructure. The company operates four manufacturing facilities, two R&D centers, and 14 regional offices in India, supported by over 200 channel partners.
Between 2010 and 2023, Delta’s solutions helped customers save an estimated 45.5 billion kWh of electricity globally, reducing carbon emissions by 23.84 million tons. The company has also constructed 35 green buildings and two certified green data centers worldwide between 2006 and 2024. Visitors can explore Delta’s innovations at Booth #A3B4, Hall 16, during ELECRAMA 2025.
