GP Eco Solutions India, a Noida-based solar energy provider, has revealed plans to establish a new manufacturing facility in Madhya Pradesh. The plant will produce 5 gigawatts (GW) of solar panels and 2 GW of solar cells. The company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the New and Renewable Energy Department of Madhya Pradesh at the Global Investment Summit 2025 in Bhopal.
The MoU outlines GP Eco Solutions’ intention to invest INR 1,000 crore by the end of the 2028 financial year. This investment will fund the construction of a state-of-the-art facility for both solar panel and cell production, strengthening the region’s solar power infrastructure.
While the MoU demonstrates the company’s commitment, GP Eco Solutions will need additional agreements and regulatory approvals as the project moves forward. In addition to manufacturing, the company offers solar inverters, panels, and provides EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) services for both commercial and residential solar installations.
The company also provides operations and maintenance services for solar plants. Under the ‘Invergy’ brand, GP Eco Solutions sells hybrid solar inverters and lithium ferro phosphate batteries. It manages its own supply chain to ease the transition for customers. Furthermore, the company is an authorized distributor for leading brands like Sungrow India, Saatvik Green Energy, and LONGi Solar Technology in Northern India.
